Healthy Lifestyle roadshow

MEND and Diabetes UK visited loads of locations across England during 2011 with their Healthy Lifestyle roadshow. And we’re on the road again in 2012!

The roadshow is helping people in the most deprived and ‘at risk’ areas in the country and has been funded by a £414,000 donation from the Big Lottery Fund.

At the roadshow, you can find out more about diabetes and take a risk assessment to find out if you are at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. You’ll also be able to find out more about the More Active Health programme for adults, MEND’s family programmes and as well as meet MEND staff and MEND Champions who can tell you all about how MEND has changed their lives.
